Coins are the in-app currency (point system) representing the user's earnings. You earn Coins by completing Offers (small tasks) from the Offers page. When the user accumulates a certain amount of Coins, they can be redeemed for real-life Cash or Gift Cards. Rewards such as PayPal Cash and Gift Cards can be redeemed from the Rewards page. Each reward has a certain value in Coins, and you need to accumulate at least that amount of Coins in order to redeem the reward. Once you accumulate the necessary amount of Coins, simply tap the reward you wish to redeem and fill out the required info. For example, for PayPal Cash, you only need your PayPal account email in order to receive your cash reward.

Once you submit a redeem request, it takes 1-2 weeks to process the request and for you to receive it.

In order to receive the reward:

1. You must complete the offer from within theCashOut app. Do not search and install the app in the Play Store app else; you won't get the reward.
2. The app must not be previously installed on your device, either from Play Store or through another rewards app.

Important tips:

• Always read the offer instructions thoroughly. Some offers require you to complete additional tasks after you install the app, such as completing the first level. Make sure to use the app after install, and complete offer to the fullest.
• Please wait sometime after installing an app or completing a survey. In some cases, it takes a few hours to process your reward; for surveys, it can go up to 24 hours.

If you still haven't received your reward, you can track the progress of your Offer through the partner networks Offerwall. If you think there is a problem, you can also contact their support team. For example, for Fyber offers, you will see "?" on the top-right corner of their offerwall. When you click on it, you will see the status of all your offers. If there are any issues, you can get in touch with their support team.

An account can only be linked to one device at a time. To change your device (e.g. you got a new phone), simply login to your account from your other device, and you will be prompted to confirm the device change. Once the device change is confirmed, you will be required to wait 48 hours in order to continue using the app. During this period, you will not be able to use the app on either device.

3. Spamming: a) posting Referral Code in Google Play review, in violation of Google Play ToS; b) sending excessive phony invites with no activities from invitees. Please note that you will only be rewarded for active invitees.
4. Fraudulent use of multiple devices per account or multiple accounts per device. Please note that you can only use one account per device. It's perfectly normal to change device now and then, but changing device will require you to wait 48 hours. Excessive device change in a short amount of time is considered as a fraudulent behavior.
5. Use of special programs to manipulate app behavior and other attempts to hack or crack the app.
6. Any malicious attempts to disrupt the normal operation ofCashOut.

The penalties for violating the Terms of Service can include any of the following:

• Deduction of Coins for any unfair earnings
• Restricting access to certain features or Offer providers
• Temporary ban on the account, for moderate violations
• Permanent Ban and forfeiture of any earnings, for severe violations.

The Offers' availability depends on many factors; the biggest factor is the user's physical location. Offers availability varies substantially from one country to another; it all depends on what countries the advertisers are targeting. In addition to that, users on older devices have access to fewer Offers since many advertisers target only the newest Operating Systems. To maximize Offers' availability, make sure to install any major system updates available for your device.
